Wraparound Health Care
Wraparound Health Care is an alternative health care plan that aims to provide preventative services to underserved communities. We now assist our youth and families with Gold Coast enrollment, appointment scheduling, telehealth appointments, and transportation to medical appointments.
Our office is family-friendly and we keep appointments confidential and safe.
Although our priority is to serve homeless and foster youth and families, we also serve at-risk youth and families through these services. Through this program, Ventura County clients who live outside of Oxnard will also be able to access some of our other resources normally reserved for Oxnard clients.
Enrollment and Appointments
Our case managers are available to assist with Medi-Cal/Gold Coast enrollment at our office, with the assistance of our partnering agencies. We have phones, computers, and internet available for scheduling in-office or telehealth appointments.
Transportation
Get your children to the doctor, free of cost!
Visit our office to schedule your child's sports or school physical and receive a bus pass or other arranged secure travel for the day of your child's appointment. Transportation scheduling is available for all of our clients who lack the means to travel. Don't have a Gold Coast membership? Don't worry - we can help!
