Community Closet

No Child Should Go Without

Our community closet is available to unsheltered children and families.

Materials are available by referral from school counselors and liaisons, clinics, hospitals, social workers, churches, and other human service agencies.  Materials available include clothing, hygiene, first aid/medical supplies, school supplies, and even holiday items.

All recipients must be referred by a third party.

Agents may use a pdf referral form or a Google Form.

Agents may pick up for clients who are not able to come to the office.

Just send an email to the address above with "I Need Referral Forms" in the subject line.  Introduce yourself briefly, and we will send the forms!

For those of you who have used it before, we are using the same Google Form.  We do have new referral forms if you want them.
